History of Dovetail
Dovetail HRS is an independent recruitment company, originally established in 1989 and offering a comprehensive range of CSR and Environmental professionals to companies primarily within the UK, but also within the EMEA area, and more recently in the United States.
Placing professional candidates in permanent and temporary positions nationwide has allowed us to accumulate a list of clients ranging from smaller, niche industry companies to blue-chip FTSE 100 companies. References from many of these blue-chip clients provide testimony to the high standards set and constantly achieved.
‘Green’ Growth
As the world has become more aware of the need to live and work in a sustainable way, the demand for environmental/CSR staff has grown so rapidly that Dovetail established a separate Environmental Division, offering energy, sustainability, and climate change jobs and candidates.

With a team of qualified environmental recruiters, we’re fully equipped to assist with all aspects of staffing required.

Dovetail is a fully accredited member of both the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) and Investors in People organisation (since 1996) and an active member of British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) since 2001.
