Energy Consultant

The following is a basic summary of the core skills we seek in Energy Consultant candidates:

Provide advice to public and private clients, developers, design teams and planners on the inclusion of practical sustainability initiatives into project and strategy delivery. Ideally have good presentation skills, be self motivated, proactive and have a flexible attitude. You will be involved with sustainability consulting, feasibility studies, energy audits and assessments, delivering sustainability workshops and development and delivery of training :

Core Skills

• Educated to degree level or equivalent with an energy or environmental based qualification;
• Extensive environmental management/consulting experience including the design and installation of low or zero carbon solutions in the commercial buildings sector;
• Experience of reducing energy consumption on a variety of buildings;
• Knowledge of the construction industry;
• Knowledge of BREEAM and other environmental assessment methodologies;
• Good working experience of Microsoft Office applications.
